HOW DO I CHECK TO SEE IF A PRODUCT HAS CERTAIN INGREDIENTS?

Please visit the product page and check the ingredients list for the product you are interested in.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Our products are made in small batches to ensure the highest of quality. We do our best to ship out all orders within 7 business days, but your order may ship earlier.

CAN I CANCEL OR REQUEST A REFUND?

Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFRIMATION?



After you complete the checkout process, the Order Summary page will confirm the details of the order you have placed. The status of your order will be sent to you via email. When your order ships out , you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information to track your shipment.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER COMFRIMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours due to high demand. If it has been 24 hours, please contact us by calling or texting 757-828-5908 or emailing orders@themoisturizeBible.com
with your inquiry. We will be happy to help you out.

WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT UPDATED/ I AM HAVING TROUBLE TRACKING MY ORDER

Since all of our products are made in small batches, it can take up to 7 days for us to make and ship your order. If you received a tracking number, but you’re unable to track your order, it is mostly likely because your order is still being processed and has not shipped yet. Tracking number are created to make the processing of order easier. Once your order is scanned by USPS, you will then be able to track your order. Feel free to contact us at orders@moisturizeBible.com to ask for an estimated shipping date.

THE STATUS OF MY ORDER IS DELIVERED, BUT IT ISN’T HERE YET.

The mail carrier can occasionally make mistakes in tracking packages. We ask that you allow up to five days after reported delivery. If the package still hasn’t arrived, contact the carrier to located your package. Also check with next door neighbors. Mail carrier sometimes deliver packages at the wrong address.

CAN CHILDREN USE ANY OF THE OTHER BODY BUTTERS? 

No. We offer body butter specifically for kids. Please shop our kids section.
